Sweet Song Herbals

I had the pleasure of meeting Aryn, the owner of Sweet Song Herbals, at the Peterborough Farmers' Market just last year. Aryn and I had an instant connection through our mutual love of plant life & beauty. I must say that studio (in the heart of downtown Peterborough), the amazing handmade products, beautiful organic whole ingredients and Aryn herself has made this one of my favourite projects.

Sweet Song specializes in making herbal infusions of bioregional plants of the Eastern Woodlands in the form of teas, tinctures, elixirs, balms, syrups, vinegars, oils and creams, in addition to a small line of preservative-free face and body products. At Sweet Song everything is hand made in small batches with the highest standards of care and integrity.

I love that Sweet Song is a whole way of life rather than simply a business; all about educating people in the practical and scientific benefits of diet, lifestyle and plant medicine. I look forward to future collaborations to highlight more of the process that Aryn undergoes. But for now, here's my first look at Sweet Song Herbals...
