Hard Winter

I remember first meeting Jess & Graham at the ptbo market. I was not surprised to learn that they had a shared background in the arts, because the branding & set-up of their bread co. booth was so on point. Years of getting to know them & their incredible food has strengthened my opinion of Hard Winter Bread Company. I was so excited to receive this opportunity to shoot for them both in action at the market with their new bagel wood-oven & at my own home with many of their products. The best part? Savouring all these delicious breads & snacks afterwards. Yum!!!
